Hands on manual manipulation of joints, soft tissue and fascia using techniques such as joint mobilization and manipulation, soft tissue massage, and myofascial release to assist in promoting optimal function.

There is plenty of research showing the positive effects of exercise such as avoiding surgery, decreasing pain, increasing range of motion, reduce risk of injury, decrease dependence on medication, post-operative rehabilitation and improve energy levels.

Involves the performance of physical exercises usually with weights, which are designed to improve strength, endurance and well-being.
